4. Credits and Payments

Credit System

Our Services operate on a credit-based system. Credits are used to access dictation practice sessions and other premium features. Credits are non-transferable and can only be used within your account.

Credit Expiration

Credits may have an expiration period as specified at the time of purchase. Expired credits cannot be used and are non-refundable.

Payments

All payments are processed through Razorpay. By making a purchase, you agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Copy, modify, or distribute any content from our Services without permission

• Engage in any activity that could harm the Services or other users

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, dictation passages, audio files, and software, is the property of Sarvotam Digital Leap or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content without our prior written permission.

7. User Content

Any content you submit or upload to our Services (such as practice submissions) remains your property. However, by submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process such content for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. 10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sarvotam Digital Leap and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Any unused credits at the time of termination will be forfeited.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
