In the rare event of a duplicate transaction (where you are charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error), please contact us immediately with proof of the duplicate charge. We will investigate and process a refund for the duplicate transaction within 7-14 business days after verification.

If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, any remaining credits in your account will be forfeited and no refund will be provided.
